Airport Assistance Services

At Orlando Airport, Airport Assist tailors every service to the airport’s layout and busy rhythms — here’s how we help.

Fast Track Assistance

At MCO, Airport Assist guides you to the quickest security lane for your airside (Airsides 1–4) or the dedicated south-terminal checkpoint. It’s ideal during peak park-departure hours and for tight connections between airsides.

Meet and Greet

Our host will meet you at curbside or the arrivals hall, escort you through baggage claim and any CBP processing in Terminal C, and see you to ground transport — a calm, hands-on way to arrive without puzzling over concourse maps.

Lounge Access

Airport Assist can reserve access to The Club MCO (A & B), Plaza Premium (Terminal C) and airline clubs, then direct you efficiently to the closest airside lounge so you don’t waste time hunting around.

VIP Assistance

For a discreet, priority route, a private host manages check-in, escort through security, and fast lanes where available — particularly useful if you’re arriving on an international flight into Terminal C and want a quicker exit.

Family & Special Needs

Airport Assist helps families with strollers, prams, and baggage through family restrooms and nursing rooms, and coordinates wheelchair or mobility support across long walkways and people movers. We aim to reduce stress for parents and travellers with reduced mobility.

Baggage & Porter Help

Whether you’re transferring between airsides or exiting to curbside pickup, a porter meets you at the carousel, handles heavy bags, and escorts them to the people mover or your waiting ride — one less thing to worry about.

Transit Assistance

Changing between Terminal A/B and Terminal C can require extra steps; Airport Assist provides an escort for immigration, baggage recheck, and the intermodal walkway, ensuring you meet minimum connection times without last-minute dashes.

Layover & Connection Tips

Short, practical tips tailored to MCO’s layout and services.

  • Know your terminal cluster. Terminals A & B share the north complex with Airsides 1–4; Terminal C (south complex) handles many international carriers and JetBlue.Check your airside early.
  • People move timing. Allow 10–20 minutes to travel between the main terminal and an airside via the automated gate links — add walking time through atriums.
  • CBP and immigration. MCO has CBP processing in Terminal C; use Global Entry or Mobile Passport if eligible to speed through. Official CBP guidance is here.
  • Enhanced processing coming through. MCO has been rolling out biometric-enhanced processing (EPP) with CBP on selected flights — this can shorten processing on busy arrival days.
  • Minimum layover suggestions. 1 -- 1.5 hours for domestic→domestic (same terminal), 2–3 hours for domestic→international or cross-complex transfers, and allow 3+ hours for international arrivals that require baggage recheck.
  • Lounge access tip. The Club MCO has multiple locations; if you have Priority Pass or a lounge voucher, confirm which airside the lounge serves before you book.
  • Transit hotels & naps. MCO’s terminals have quiet seating and a few paid sleeping rooms — Terminal C and the main atriums are better lit and easier to access if you need a short rest.
  • Local SIM & Wi-Fi. Free Wi-Fi is available across MCO but may require periodic reconnection; consider an eSIM or buy a local SIM once you reach the city.
  • Baggage recheck. After international arrival in Terminal C, recheck counters are immediately past customs; do not exit the secure area with bags if your flightcontinues.
  • Train & intermodal connections. MCO’s Intermodal Terminal links to SunRail, Brightline planning, and LYNX bus routes — a practical option for quick city access or onward train travel.
  • Family-friendly extras. Annie’s Space sensory room, nursing rooms, and children’s activities are available; ask Airport Assist to guide you to the quiet family zones.
  • Flight monitoring & rebooking. Airline apps often push updates and rebooking faster than on-site desks — keep push notifications enabled and let Airport Assist coordinate desk visits if needed.
  • Weather & seasonal delays. Florida storms can affect schedules; allow extra buffer during hurricane season and use airline mobile tools plus our Fast Track support if a tight connection is at risk.
  • Short city loop idea. For a 5–6 hour gap, the SunRail/LYNX combination can get you to nearby neighborhoods; always leave 90–120 minutes to get back through security.
